Our client, a leading Salesforce customer, is building a brand-new Salesforce Centre of Excellence (COE) and looking for a talented Salesforce Solutions Architect to join their small, but dynamic team. This is your chance to shape the future of Salesforce delivery in a business that is highly invested in the Salesforce suite of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable, robust Salesforce solutions across the full customer lifecycle, from lead to contract.
• Analyse business requirements, advising on “off the shelf” versus custom build options.
• Provide deep analysis to ensure the team is on the right path, using critical thinking and strong documentation skills.
• Guide the business on best practice, governance, and the strategic use of Salesforce products.
• Act as a trusted advisor, bringing solutions – not just problems – to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• A natural problem solver who thrives on finding and delivering solutions independently.
• Someone who is self-sufficient, takes initiative, and is open to new ideas – a critical thinker who can explain their process.
• Experience designing and architecting Salesforce solutions (across multiple clouds and integrations).
• Comfortable leading people and projects, with a passion for mentoring others.
• Ability to analyse complex requirements and communicate solutions clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a big plus, but not essential.
• FinTech experience is “nice to have”, but not required.
• Happy to be in the office 4 days a week.
