Responsibilities

• Provide strategic Salesforce advisory for stakeholders and leadership.
• Translate requirements into scalable Marketing Cloud and related architectures.
• Lead multi‑workstream architecture alignment and governance.
• Identify risks, tech debt, and design trade‑offs with business impact.
• Mentor teams and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
