Job summary

Dojo is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to own platform strategy and scale our Salesforce ecosystem globally. You will drive declarative-first architectures, build repeatable multi-market blueprints, and champion a Platform-as-a-Product mindset across delivery squads.

You will design end-to-end solutions across CPQ/Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, and FSC, focusing on API-first integrations, data as a product, and secure, compliant fintech implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise as a Salesforce Solution Architect with scalable, declarative-first designs.
• Hands-on with FSC, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, and Flow architectures.
• Strong background in Platform-First, API-First, and Data as a Product philosophies.
• Experience delivering secure, compliant fintech/payments solutions.
• Familiarity with Git-based branching, release gates, and enterprise DevOps tools like Copado.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to challenge requirements while balancing commercial goals with platform health.
• Drive Solution Design Documents (SDDs) aligned with architectural standards and guardrails.
• Lead designs across Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, and FSC to modernize subscription engines.
• Champion API-first integrations and Data as a Product for analytics and AI workflows.
• Design native, least-privilege sharing models and security frameworks for a regulated landscape.
• Own solutions end-to-end through delivery and production observability with CI/CD pipelines.

The role

Following the successful launch of our core Salesforce ecosystem, we are taking complete ownership of our platform execution and scaling globally. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will serve as a senior design authority, championing a declarative-first strategy and embedding a Platform as a Product mindset across our delivery squads.

In this role, you will design repeatable multi-market blueprints to power our international expansion, maximizing native capabilities and ensuring our architecture accelerates commercial velocity safely and elegantly.

What You Will Do...

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to constructively challenge requirements and balance commercial goals with platform health.
• Drive comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDDs) aligned with architectural standards and chapter guardrails.
• Lead solution designs across Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to modernize our subscription commerce engines.
• Champion API-first integrations and Data as a Product principles, ensuring data completeness for downstream analytics and AI workflows.
• Design native, least-privilege sharing models and security frameworks suited for a highly regulated landscape.
• Own solutions end-to-end through delivery and production observability, collaborating with release teams on modern CI/CD pipelines.

What You Will Bring...

• Proven expertise as a Salesforce Solution Architect designing scalable, declarative-first multi-cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), CPQ/Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, and advanced Flow architectures.
• Strong background in Platform-First, API-First, and Data as a Product engineering philosophies.
• Experience delivering secure, compliant solutions in fintech, payments, banking, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Git-based branching strategies, automated release gates, and enterprise DevOps tools like Copado.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, paired with an accountability-driven ownership mindset.
