About the Client:
I’m working with a leading Salesforce consultancy renowned for delivering high-impact digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients across the UK and Europe. They’re growing rapidly and looking to bring on an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead strategic implementations and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in designing scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (and others as required). You’ll be deeply involved in pre-sales, client workshops, and end-to-end delivery, supporting both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce implementations, integrations, and data models
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and clients
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect within a consultancy environment
• Deep knowledge of core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
• Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs)
• Salesforce certifications – ideally Application Architect and/or System Architect
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have:
• Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service
• Previous involvement in pre-sales or proposal development
