The Role

As a Salesforce (SFMC) Tech Lead / Senior Developer, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and existing technologies. Your expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing email, SMS, and social media campaigns will be essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, debug, and analyze performance of solutions, documenting best practices.
• Oversee the technical direction and implementation of SFMC projects, user stories, and epics.
• Develop custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations within SFMC.
• Ensure quality and performance of SFMC solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SFMC with other systems.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers.
• Assess high-priority enhancement requests and track end-to-end delivery.
• Self-learn new technologies like PWA/MRT and Salesforce B2C.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Proficiency in coding (AMP Script, SQL) and understanding integrations with marketing and CRM systems.
• Experience in developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud customizations, data migrations, and marketing technologies.
• Knowledge of Data Architecture.
• Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, and Consultant.
• Extensive experience with SFMC modules like Journey Builder and Email Studio.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities for technical teams.
• Understanding of tools like Infobip for SMS/E-mail.
• Experience in data profiling, governance, and standardization.
• Experience in data modeling and architecture within Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM practices, and tools like Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, SonarQube, Kubernetes, GitHub, Terraform.
• Previous experience in Marketing Technologies and system integration.
• Understanding of Salesforce Administration.
