They are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in Service Cloud. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimise Salesforce Service Cloud to support customer service operations.
  • Configure workflows, validation rules, automation tools, and custom objects to meet business needs.
  • Proactively identify system improvements and implement solutions independently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored configurations.
  • Monitor data quality, ensure system accuracy, and manage integrations with third-party tools.
  • Provide training and support to users for effective platform utilisation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-sufficient individual who can take initiative, solve problems creatively, and think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and deliver solutions independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
