Job summary

Experis Austria is partnering with a client in London on a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud programme, seeking a Senior Consultant / Business Analyst. You will shape requirements, lead discovery sessions, and own the backlog through delivery, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Senior Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Experience owning and managing a backlog in an Agile delivery environment.
• Confident, polished communication with senior client stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Business Analyst, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading discovery workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points and objectives.
• Translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Owning and prioritising the product backlog, working closely with the delivery team to keep it refined and ready.
• Advising the client on Consumer Goods Cloud best practice, including retail execution, visit planning, and account and store management.
• Acting as a trusted, client-facing point of contact throughout the engagement.
