Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant (Remote UK & Ireland Wide)

Location: Fully Remote (UK & Ireland)

The team is made up of expert consultants, developers, and architects who work collaboratively to deliver innovative and tailored solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and beyond.

Role Overview:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join the growing team. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, designing and building robust Salesforce solutions (with a strong focus on Flows), and supporting pre-sales activities with commercial insight. This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions primarily using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  2. Develop scalable and maintainable Flows and process automations aligned with best practices.
  3. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  4. Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering activities with stakeholders.
  5. Guide clients through change management, adoption strategies, and best use of Salesforce features.
  6. Collaborate with developers, administrators, and other consultants in the delivery team.
  7. Support the sales team in discovery calls and solution demonstrations.
  8. Contribute to proposal development, level of effort estimations, and scoping exercises.
  9. Provide strategic input into commercial offerings and service packages.
  10. Help articulate value propositions and ROI from proposed Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Minimum 2–5 years of Salesforce consulting experience.
  2. Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
  3. Advanced Salesforce Flows expertise – ability to build complex automations without code.
  4. Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Previous exposure to pre-sales, including demos, scoping, and proposal development.
  6. Salesforce Administrator and Consultant Certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  9. Experience in a Salesforce consulting partner or agency setting.
  10. Additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Business Analyst).
  11. Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
