POSITION SUMMARY

Kirra Services is currently seeking candidates for Salesforce roles based in Melbourne, Victoria, for a global technology innovator and one of the world’s leading IT companies.

Available Positions

• Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations using Agile methodology.
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), frameworks, and design patterns.
• Skilled in integration, including REST APIs and Platform Events.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud.

• Salesforce Functional Architect

Requirements:

• Vlocity Platform Developer certification.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst.
• Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Strong background in business process mapping and re-engineering for B2C / B2B service processes.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Program Architecture with broad technical knowledge.
• Proven track record in leading the design of complex enterprise platforms.
• Extensive experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
• Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 3+ years of experience in a leading role delivering Salesforce engagements.
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce configurations and deployments.
• In-depth architectural knowledge across multiple Salesforce clouds and industry solutions to meet business requirements.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, including configuration and customization in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Experience with Partner Portal and Customer Community Portal.
• Apex and Visualforce Development skills.
• Experience with CI / CD processes and solution design.
