Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially and extendable (long term project)
Responsibilities
- 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
- Mandatory experience with PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation.
- Experience working on PSS cloud and good understanding of GDS is advantageous.
- CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
- Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across systems.
- Detail-oriented with quick learning capabilities regarding new concepts, models, and technologies.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Team collaboration skills to solve business and technical problems.
- Act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for clients.
- Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud implementation touchpoints.
- Assess business requirements, co-create future visions, and map to Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to target architecture, phasing, roadmap, and transition architecture discussions.
- Provide domain expertise for Salesforce 360 platform solutions.
- Assist clients in building CRM strategies and roadmaps leveraging Salesforce.
- Work with complex requirements, design, and configure solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to determine solution details and value.
- Review design and infrastructure blueprints, identify potential risks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce solutions.
