Salesforce Project Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to lead transformative CRM initiatives within a high-growth merchant services company. This position will be central to managing the rollout of Salesforce Service Cloud across the UK operations, ensuring that the implementation aligns with business objectives and drives measurable improvements in customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Salesforce project delivery from inception to deployment, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to define project objectives, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage project resources, budgets, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, admins, business analysts) to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure strong user adoption by leading change management and training initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in Salesforce delivery and governance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing Salesforce CRM implementations at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and its integration capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Agile project management expertise (Scrum/SAFe/PRINCE2 preferred).
  • Experience in the payments, fintech, or digital services sector is a plus.
