What You'll Do:

  • Own the Salesforce roadmap & product backlog

  • Translate business needs into system improvements

  • Drive automation, process improvements & governance

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders & deliver training

  • Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & CPQ enhancements

What You Bring:

  • Salesforce Admin certified (Advanced a plus)

  • 2-3 years Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ ideal)

  • Skilled in automation (Flows, Process Builder), security & Apex (bonus)

  • Experience with Salesforce + ERP integration

  • Strong business analysis, Excel & communication skills

  • Logical thinker with excellent planning & stakeholder management
