About the Role:

Our client, a global organisation based in London, is seeking a talented Salesforce Product Owner to lead and optimise their Salesforce platform across multiple business units. This is a key role that bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem drives maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related initiatives, managing the product backlog and prioritising features based on business value.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and Salesforce administrators to deliver scalable solutions.

Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.

Ensure consistent Salesforce best practices, governance, and adoption across the organisation.

Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and implement continuous improvements.

Drive the roadmap for Salesforce development aligned with business objectives.

Oversee Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, or Product Owner credentials) are highly desirable.
