About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and delivery-focused Salesforce Product Owner to lead the evolution of a mature CRM platform that underpins critical business processes. Working within an agile product team, you'll bridge user needs with technical capabilities to deliver impactful enhancements and support the growth of an organisation that makes a real-world difference.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make strategic decisions on a highly visible Salesforce implementation, enabling better services, improved data flows, and increased efficiency across internal teams and external touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and backlog—ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Act as the voice of the user, gathering requirements and translating them into clear user stories.

  • Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects, testers) to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Prioritise features and enhancements using business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.

  • Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring continuous delivery of improvements.

  • Foster strong stakeholder engagement across departments to ensure successful adoption and continuous feedback.

  • Own release planning and support the coordination of testing and training activities.

  • About You

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally within a Salesforce CRM environment.

  • Solid understanding of agile product management practices, with hands-on experience in Scrum or Kanban delivery models.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex requirements.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools, features, and capabilities—especially in service or case management settings.

  • Experience working in a product-led or user-centred design environment.

  • Ability to analyse and prioritise requests effectively and balance technical and business needs.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Product Owner/Business Analyst, etc.).

  • Experience working in a not-for-profit, education, or public sector environment.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and workflow automation tools.

  • What's in It for You?

  • A role where your input will shape the future of CRM within the organisation.

  • Remote-first flexibility with meaningful work-life balance.

  • Generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.

  • Collaborative, mission-driven team with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Ready to help shape smarter, more connected CRM experiences?
Apply today to join a forward-thinking team passionate about user value, data clarity, and positive impact.
