Job summary

La Fosse Associates are seeking an experienced Salesforce PMO Manager to govern global transformation programmes, focusing on CPQ/Q2C/L2R processes and end-to-end commercial workflows. The role centres on planning, governance, reporting and risk management across multiple markets, ensuring delivery quality and senior stakeholder alignment.

You will drive programme-level Salesforce implementations, not individual projects, and operate within a fast-paced, enterprise environment with a hybrid

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on global Salesforce programmes within enterprise businesses.
• Strong experience delivering Salesforce implementations at programme level, not just projects.
• Experience across Quote-to-Revenue, Lead-to-Revenue, Opportunity-to-Cash or similar end-to-end processes.
• Experience managing PMO governance across large, multi-country programmes.
• Strong planning, reporting, RAID management and governance skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership communication.

Salesforce PMO Manager – CPQ/Q2C/L2R

6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid – 2 Days a Week in London

We’re looking for an experienced PMO Manager with a strong track record of working on global Salesforce programmes within large enterprise organisations.

You’ll play a key role in supporting and governing complex Salesforce transformation programmes, ensuring effective planning, governance, reporting, risk management and delivery across multiple markets and workstreams.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience working on global Salesforce programmes within enterprise businesses.
• Strong experience delivering Salesforce implementations at programme level, rather than individual projects.
• Experience across Quote-to-Revenue, Lead-to-Revenue, Opportunity-to-Cash or similar end-to‑end commercial processes.
• Experience managing PMO governance across large, complex and multi‑country programmes.
• Strong programme planning, reporting, RAID management, financial tracking and governance skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership.
• Experience operating within complex, fast‑paced transformation environments.

Key requirement: You must have hands‑on experience working on global Salesforce implementation programmes within enterprise organisations.

Contract: 6 months, Outside IR35, with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week in London.
