Job summary
Live Nation London is seeking a Salesforce Platform Specialist to design and build global Salesforce solutions within the Global IT team. You will work across Salesforce products, including SFDC, Heroku, and AI-enabled tools, to automate routine tasks and enhance support for users worldwide.
The role focuses on owning architecture, delivering scalable components, and providing ongoing BAU support while aligning with security, privacy, and governance standards across Live Nation's global
Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience managing, configuring, and enhancing a large global Salesforce instance (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Experience, Configuration, Analytics, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot)
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, or willingness to build quickly, including configuring, deploying, and monitoring AI agents on the Salesforce platform
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, and Claude for Salesforce, and AI-assisted admin tooling, as a core expectation
Responsibilities
- Develop global Salesforce solutions using technologies like SFDC, Heroku, and J2EE, as AI tools are increasingly used to automate routine work
- Own and design complex solution components, following the software development life cycle
- Provide BAU support to the global business
- Deliver best-in-class technology solutions and services to business partners
- Leverage AI, automation and Agentforce to improve efficiency and user experience
