Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment in London seeks a Salesforce Platform Specialist to design and deliver global Salesforce solutions, including AI-enabled tools and automation, across the Live Nation Global IT team. You will collaborate with developers worldwide to support TM Business and International operations.
You will own complex components, provide BAU support, ensure security and governance, and drive AI-enabled enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience across a 2000-user Salesforce
Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience managing, configuring, and enhancing a large global Salesforce instance
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with AI-driven admin tooling and automation
Responsibilities
- Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce environments (~2000 users) including reports, dashboards, workflows, and configuration
- Create and update data models, custom objects, forms, and workflows
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Salesforce Agentforce agents to automate processes
- Use AI-assisted tools (Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, Claude) to speed up knowledge drafting, case resolution, and reporting
- Identify and automate repetitive admin processes using AI and automation
