Job description

As a Technical Program Manager on Amazon Freight's EU Business Operations team, you will support ongoing maintenance, configuration, and integrations. You will ensure new projects and integrations fit Freight's Architecture and own security reviews for new tooling and 1P and 3P integrations.

The successful candidate must have strong Salesforce technical knowledge, prioritize multiple work streams, be eager to learn, be a strong team player, and execute in a fast-paced environment. Key job responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute Salesforce Platform and Governance strategy and roadmap.
  2. Work with stakeholders to deliver requirements that meet high standards and specifications.
  3. Use a robust prioritization methodology to track, deliver, and communicate requirements through a clear roadmap.
  4. Own end-to-end delivery of platform features, integrations, updates, including build, UAT, releases, and deployments.
  5. Collaborate with EU and North American Salesforce & Sales Tools Teams to maintain quality integrations for the Commercial team.
  6. Design, develop, and optimize automation of platform processes to enhance productivity and data hygiene, such as license management, permissions, and support tickets.
  7. Navigate security and compliance standards to implement effective solutions, including developing threat models and technical design documents.

Basic qualifications
  • Experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.
  • Managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.
  • Building and evaluating system-level technical designs.
  • Developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.
  • Managing technical programs across teams, building processes, and coordinating releases.
  • Owning and driving roadmap strategy.
  • Working directly with engineering teams.
  • System design experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including Lightning Experience.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in project management disciplines such as scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
  • Defining KPIs and SLAs for business reporting.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce implementation in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
