Job DescriptionSalesforce Operations Analyst - London Market - Permanent

Our client, a market-leading insurer, is looking for a Salesforce Operations Analyst to join their newly established sales ops function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce expert to help guide client teams, business development teams, and underwriting teams towards a more data-driven approach. If you're passionate about Salesforce and have experience shaping how its capabilities can drive business value, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be great for this role if:

• You have a deep technical and functional understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, particularly in a business operations context.
• You're experienced in working with the Salesforce platform, including its configuration, development tools, and metadata.
• You have a strong ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions that drive business value.
• You're skilled at working with global teams and delivering change in a large, complex environment.
• You have experience in large, regulated environments, and ideally, you're familiar with the insurance industry (although this is not a requirement).
• You're eager to help business teams maximize Salesforce to make data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Salesforce SME, advising on what Salesforce can, should, and can't do.
• Work with the global business community to understand needs and align them with Salesforce's capabilities.
• Partner with the Salesforce Product/Engineering team in the US to deliver global and regional platform changes.
• Assist in driving integration with other systems such as PAS and PEGA workbench.
• Help the business community make better use of Salesforce for decision-making and underwriting.

This role is offered remote with 3 days per week in the London office and is paying between £80,000 - £90,000 per annum.
