As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, you will bring considerable technical and product expertise to deliver world-class SFMC-based solutions to clients. You will lead the design and delivery of solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, translating business requirements into effective technology solutions and implementing them accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide solution architecture that addresses technical and business requirements at scale.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers, prospects, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical effort estimates and timelines.
• Lead the implementation of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud opportunities.
• Manage the development team responsible for SFMC services, including Journey Builder and Studios.
• Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architecture diagrams.
• Create customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with the new business team on SFMC opportunities.
