Role Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Practice Lead with extensive consulting experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will lead complex projects, champion best practices, and drive innovation within the practice. Your role includes ensuring high-quality delivery, operational efficiency, and supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, Salesforce, and other vendors
  • Support business development, including tenders and Statements of Work/Quotes
  • Set quality standards and promote best delivery and technical practices
  • Drive innovation by developing new offerings and supporting demo and proof-of-concept assets
  • Ensure project quality and mitigate risks
  • Serve as an escalation point for risks and issues
  • Foster collaboration and organize practice initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with successful end-to-end solutions delivery
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing remote teams
  • Ability to accurately estimate customer requirements and create Statements of Work
  • Experience handling customer escalations and providing effective solutions
  • Ability to drive innovation in emerging technologies within the practice
  • Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform with at least two relevant certifications
  • Experience across various industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Sports, Media, FinServ, and Public Sector
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
