Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit an experienced Salesforce Manager to join their growing technology team. This hands‑on role balances administration, stakeholder engagement, solution design and project delivery within a complex Salesforce environment.

London-based, with 3 days per week in the office. On-call support is required for critical incidents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Expertise in Flows, security models and platform configuration.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce administration, support and platform optimisation.
• Requirements gathering and solution design.
• Building and maintaining Flows, reports and dashboards.
• Managing security, permissions and data quality.
• Delivering Salesforce enhancements and projects end-to-end.
