Your role and responsibilities

As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will lead the development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities include writing Apex code, creating Visualforce pages, and implementing integrations. You should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience leading successful projects.

A Senior Salesforce Developer is expected to develop complex solutions, mentor and lead the development team, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to clients. They should also possess web development skills and stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices. Experience in designing and managing Salesforce DevOps pipelines with tools like Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing complex Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
• Customizing Salesforce to meet client-specific requirements
• Configuring Salesforce to integrate with other systems
• Leading and mentoring the development team
• Providing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
