Your role and responsibilities

As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will lead the development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities include writing Apex code, creating Visualforce pages, and implementing integrations. You should possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and have experience leading successful projects.

A Senior Salesforce Developer is expected to have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, develop complex solutions, mentor and lead the development team, troubleshoot, and provide technical support to clients. They should also have a solid grasp of web development concepts and languages, and stay updated with new Salesforce features and best practices. Experience in designing and managing Salesforce DevOps pipelines, along with strong knowledge of DevOps practices, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab, is essential.
