What you’ll be doing:

• Salesforce Development / Deployment and Technical consultancy
• Maintain high code quality, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the development team.
• Lead Developers may remain involved in hands-on development for critical or complex tasks.
• Ensure work aligns with the established quality plan.
• Define technical architecture and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
• Promote the use of tools to improve productivity.
• Maximize performance by exploiting benefits.
• Consolidate, convey, and implement functional, technical, and methodological knowledge gained from projects.
• Lead integration processes to improve global productivity.
• Ensure solutions align with market trends and best practices, and are sustainable over time.
• Define balanced solutions considering demand and viability.
• Build, test, and document structural elements of solutions.
• Resolve complex problems related to area of expertise.
• Act as an expert contact point with client’s equivalent areas.
• Define work standards or methodologies adapted to solutions.
• Manage Git version control within CI/CD pipelines.
• Use Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for workflow and documentation.
• Ideally hold certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Omnistudio Developer, CPQ Specialist, Billing and Communications Cloud.

What experience you’ll bring:

• Senior/Lead Salesforce developer with 5+ years of experience delivering complex, production-quality solutions.
• Experience with public sector projects is preferred.
• Motivated, problem solver with good communication skills and Agile experience.
• Support design elaboration, peer code review, and guide junior team members.
• Skills and experience include:
• Salesforce core configuration (objects, fields, layouts, sharing rules)
• Salesforce Service Cloud configuration
• Experience Cloud site building
• Advanced Flow (low code) experience
• Custom Lightning Web Component development
• Unmanaged packaging and SFDX/Git experience, including multi-sandbox deployment
