Salesforce Functional Consultant- Summit Partner

Mason Frank have partnered with an established Digital Consulting business who are in the process of building a best in class Salesforce practice in the UK ecosystem.

This role would suit an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant who would like to join this Partner at a critical point in their growth and take a lead role in their consulting practice.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
2. Design and implement Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
3. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
4. Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients with Salesforce knowledge.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless Salesforce operations.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
4. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
5. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant: i.e Sales, Service & Experience) are a plus.
