Our client is ideally seeking individuals who have worked at a Salesforce partner previously, who is team player and is looking to join a growing force in the Salesforce ecosystem, where they can cross collaborate and share ideas to continue the company success story.
This role will require you to work from the London office for 1 day a week.
Candidates must be UK-based and have the right to work within the UK without sponsorship.
This is a vital role within the business, and as the Salesforce Functional Consultant, you be responsible for delivering Salesforce implementation projects, whilst driving innovation and creativity across the team. In return, you will be fully supported in your own personal growth and development.
Other responsibilities include:
- Conducting interactive workshops and training sessions with clients.
- Be adept at comprehending client needs, which may necessitate asking probing questions to gain a precise understanding.
- Grasp a client’s business, capture their requirements, and provide recommendations while designing a supported solution.
- Documenting solutions into a clear and concise user story format.
- Peer review designs to ensure gaps are identified and check adherence to best practices.
- Configure Salesforce to meet complex functional requirements.
As the Salesforce Functional Consultant you will need:
- To have a proven background in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- You will also need a solid background with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, with CPQ being a desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
- Have a good understanding of and follow Salesforce best practices.
- Ambitious, with a drive for growth and success.
Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end user experience in a complex environment
Hold multiple Salesforce certifications.
