Job summary

E‑Frontiers in London is seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to join a major digital transformation programme, supporting the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities sectors. This strategy role blends Salesforce expertise with business process transformation and advisory work.

You will shape CRM strategy, target architectures and multi-cloud roadmaps, leading workshops and guiding delivery across partners. Hybrid in London with 2-3 days onsite and a £700/day rate inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Salesforce Enterprise Architect with 14+ years CRM experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
• Strong Salesforce solution architecture experience with multi-cloud integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud and GDS standards experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Digital Transformation Advisor, providing Salesforce and CRM guidance to customers.
• Lead workshops, roadmap planning and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce 360 solutions and target architectures.
• Define transition architectures, implementation roadmaps and phased delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, delivery teams and partners, reviewing designs and managing risks.

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to join a major digital transformation programme, supporting organisations across the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities space.

This is a strategic architecture role combining Salesforce expertise, business process transformation and customer advisory, with the opportunity to shape CRM strategy, target architecture and multi-cloud roadmaps.

Salesforce Enterprise Architect - Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor, providing strategic Salesforce and CRM guidance to customers.
• Lead business process redesign workshops, roadmap planning and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations.
• Assess complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce 360 solutions and target architectures.
• Define transition architectures, implementation roadmaps and phased delivery plans aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, delivery teams and implementation partners, reviewing solution designs and proactively managing architectural risks.

About You

• Extensive experience working as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, with 14+ years of CRM experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
• Strong Salesforce solution architecture experience, with the ability to integrate processes across disparate systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud and GDS standards experience would be highly desirable.
