Job summary

Steadmanbrown is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to understand business requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement complex Apex/LWC solutions and drive architectural guidance across Salesforce.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Apex and LWC.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a track record of delivering Salesforce solutions.
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud and development processes from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC and Salesforce tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.
Support the product owner in refining requirements and providing scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across Salesforce.
Manage design, development, and integration across Sales and Marketing Cloud.
