Job summary

Steadman Brown is expanding its Salesforce capability and seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to head complex builds across Salesforce and adjacent web apps. You will mentor developers and work with the Solution Architect on design to deployment.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, drive best practices in code quality, security and performance and manage integrations with external systems via REST APIs. This role demands leadership in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing on Salesforce using LWC, Apex and Flow.
• Experience building or supporting web/business apps outside Salesforce.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce dev best practices balancing declarative config with custom development.
• Experience delivering complex solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with Solution Architects to implement technical designs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications with a focus on Salesforce and supporting web apps.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to translate designs into technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Deliver solutions using Salesforce best practices; develop LWC, Flows and Apex as needed.
• Design and develop complex business processes, UI and integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Lead a development team and coordinate Salesforce delivery for projects.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and promote best practices in source control and deployment.
• Code reviews and mentoring to ensure quality, security and performance.
