Work hands-on with: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning / Lightning Web Components (LWC) / VisualForce / APIs. Important: this role requires real, hands-on development on Salesforce - it is not a configuration or admin position.
Sage People is a global HR & people management SaaS product built on the Salesforce platform, serving customers worldwide. As an ISV, we build and evolve one single product, with a strong focus on code quality, scalability and long term architecture. Salesforce is the global CRM platform and a mature, enterprise-grade application ecosystem. It combines a strongly typed, object-oriented server-side language (Apex) with standards-based frontend development using Lightning Web Components. Much of our work involves custom Apex and LWC development, applying core software engineering principles such as OO design, automated testing, performance tuning, and CI/CD.
