Job summary

DGH Recruitment is seeking a Salesforce Engineer in Greater London to design, develop, test and support Salesforce solutions as part of a digital transformation initiative.

You will collaborate with technical leadership, product teams and engineers to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and own work from design through deployment within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in software engineering, application development or Salesforce development.
• Understanding of APIs, data modelling, testing, version control and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development and configuration (Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Working closely with technical leadership, product teams and engineers, you will help design, develop, test and support innovative Salesforce solutions while building your expertise on one of the world's leading enterprise platforms.

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will contribute to the delivery of scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions, taking ownership of technical work from design through to deployment. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to solve complex challenges and support the continuous improvement of systems and development practices.

About You

• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including APIs, data modelling, testing, version control and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development and configuration, including Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL and data management concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
