In this new role at Severn Trent, we’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) to support the stabilization, integration, and ongoing maintenance of the application within our business. As an experienced engineer, you will be involved in designing, creating, and managing the software throughout its lifecycle.
As a technical engineer, you’ll analyze user needs and requirements, make design recommendations, and configure solutions to meet our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our Enterprise & Solution Architects to ensure the future readiness of our applications.

You should have proven experience working with Salesforce, particularly using FSM packages. Knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Flows is crucial, and familiarity with Visualforce pages & Lightning components (AURA) is a plus. Exposure to Salesforce integrations with external systems is also desirable.
