You will assess incoming requests and strategically allocate resources based on your team's strengths and skills. You will be at the forefront of global transformation initiatives, making a tangible impact on the business and the energy sector.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development and proven experience in managing and leading diverse development teams. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with different business units. Strategic thinking will help in assessing requests and efficiently allocating resources to maximize productivity and success.
The successful Salesforce Development Lead can expect a salary circa £80k DOE, plus 10% pension, remote working, over 30 days annual leave, healthcare, and flexible working arrangements.
