About the role
As a Salesforce Developer you'll sit within the Engineering 'chapter' alongside other Developers, Administrators and Software / QA Engineers. Tesco Mobile supports customers using a central CareHub platform, built on Salesforce. The CareHub platform utilises Service Cloud and a custom implementation to deliver functionality that allows colleagues in store and our telephone support operations team to serve existing customers as part of the I Love 'tribe'. The CareHub 'squad' is comprised of Salesforce Administrators and Developers as well as other agile resources such as a Product Owner, BA, QA and others.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our organization by enhancing our Salesforce instance, particularly focusing on Service Cloud and custom implementations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
