Job Description:

Mason Frank have partnered with a nationally recognized Charity who are looking to add to their in-house Salesforce Development function.

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate organizational needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and integrations.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for security and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users.

Required experience:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a strong plus.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred) or as a minimum Platform App Builder
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for using technology to drive social impact.
