Salesforce Lead Developer

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer with at least 7 to 10 years of experience, including team lead experience.

Overall IT experience required is at least 10 years.

The role involves leading a Salesforce development team, collaborating with team members and clients, reviewing design and infrastructure blueprints, and identifying potential issues.

Responsibilities include developing solutions to client problems, ensuring adherence to development best practices, and managing project scope and customer engagement.

Key skills include a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Triggers, Webservice Callouts, Lightning, Visualforce, JavaScript, JQuery, and Salesforce integrations. Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer are required.

The position is based in the City of London, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office), and offers a salary range of £60K - £75K.
