Job summary

Foresters Financial Limited is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer in Bromley, Kent. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, combining declarative and code-based approaches to deliver high-quality results.

With responsibilities spanning requirements gathering to stakeholder communication, you will continually learn and grow. The role supports flexible work from home up to 2 days per week after a training period and offers a competitive salary in line with

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce developer.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder; Developer I an advantage.
Extensive configuration experience (Workflow, Process Builder, Flows).
Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader and declarative tools.
Experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Enthusiasm for learning new Salesforce features via Trailhead and certifications.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements from product backlog and design specs.
Translate business requirements into maintainable solutions.
Design and implement declarative and programmatic solutions to high standards.
Record technical specifications and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
Commit to ongoing learning and development.
