Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with experience in the finance domain to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support our financial operations, processes, and reporting needs. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with an understanding of financial workflows such as billing, revenue recognition, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to support finance-related processes.

  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and financial systems (e.g., ERP, accounting software).

  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages to automate finance workflows.

  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with financial regulations.

  • Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards within Salesforce.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to finance data and workflows.

  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and finance industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably with exposure to finance or accounting systems.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II or Financial Services Cloud certifications are a plus).

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite) via APIs or middleware.

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles (e.g., AR/AP, revenue recognition, compliance).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is an advantage.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with CPQ, billing, or invoicing solutions within Salesforce.

  • Knowledge of financial data privacy and security standards.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
