Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per year, depending on experience

Mason Frank has partnered with a leading UK membership organisation. As part of their ongoing digital transformation, they are seeking a Salesforce Developer to enhance their CRM systems and improve member engagement across the organisation.

Your Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other platform tools
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient functionality
• Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems
• Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and ensure best practices across our Salesforce environment
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend new features or improvements

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and API integrations
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
• Experience working with version control and deployment tools
• A proactive mindset and great communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications
• Knowledge of tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods
