We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a leading digital payments organization. This role focuses on building scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance customer onboarding, streamline billing, and optimize operational workflows. You will play a critical role in supporting the company’s rapid growth and digital transformation strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement automation solutions, including Flows, Process Builder, and custom triggers.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and data quality guidelines.
• Provide technical mentorship and collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators and Architects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service or Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong programming background (Apex, SOQL, LWC) and deployment management experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps for Salesforce.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment with evolving priorities.
