Job description

1. Hands-on experience in Sales and CPQ, Service Cloud.
2. Hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, Test classes, Lightning Web Components.
3. Understand business requirements, and provide work effort and duration estimation.
4. Creation of Salesforce design and entity models & configuration.
5. Provide solution design and implement changes.
6. Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
7. Perform code review, production support, incident management, service requests, and enhancements configurations for Salesforce applications.
8. Technical support for Salesforce applications.
9. Status reporting, excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
10. Exposure to Agile methodology is preferred.
11. Guidance on integration and customization, design validation, drive solution using configuration.
12. Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and Informatica; proficient in integration design, patterns, Rest/SOAP API.
13. Data migration using tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard.
14. Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud, CPA, Service Cloud, System and Application Architect certified.
