Salesforce Developer – Financial Services

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Remote, UK - No Visa Sponsorship

Mason Frank is working with a well-established and fast-evolving Financial Services business, currently expanding their internal Salesforce capability. We’re seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong technical and integration skills to play a key role in building out a high-impact Salesforce platform that supports the business’s customer and product operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions Develop custom components and functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components Build and maintain integrations with external platforms and internal systems using APIs Promote best practices in development, testing, and documentation across the team Translate business requirements and user insights into effective, scalable technical solutions Drive continuous improvement across the Salesforce platform to optimise performance and usability

About You:

Strong hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform Certifications such as Platform Developer I are highly desirable Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, including component lifecycle and complex form handling Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript Experience working with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, connected apps, outbound messaging) Ability to interpret business challenges and deliver practical, scalable solutions Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have (Not Essential):

Experience with Marketing Cloud Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools
