Job summary

Dojo is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build robust, scalable solutions that enhance our platform and drive innovation. You will develop on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, and design guided experiences with OmniStudio.

You’ll integrate Salesforce with other systems through APIs, support CI/CD pipelines, and help maintain technical documentation. Strong problem solving and collaboration are essential to thrive in our team.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce developer with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow and SOQL.
• Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures.
• Experience designing solutions for Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; Financial Services Cloud knowledge is a plus.
• Ideal certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architect, OmniStudio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Build guided UX using OmniStudio components.

The Role

Salesforce Developer: build robust, scalable solutions that enhance our platform and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and build guided user experiences using Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs.
• Support CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployments from development to production.
• Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues, troubleshooting complex code and system integrations.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain technical documentation, follow best practices, and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer or related technical role with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and SOQL.
• Strong experience developing with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Proficiency in designing and developing solutions for Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud a plus.
• Ideal certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architect, and OmniStudio.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Einstein, and AI chatbots is a plus.
