Your Role

Capgemini FS is seeking a talented and innovative Salesforce Designer to join our team in the Financial Services industry in Manchester, UK for a Full Time Hybrid role. As a Salesforce Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our clients. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements for Salesforce solutions
• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce implementations
• Perform testing and quality assurance on Salesforce solutions to ensure functionality and performance
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications

Your Profile

• Experience in Configuration/Customization of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
• Expertise in Salesforce Lightning build.
• Expertise in integration of CRM/Client technology/Salesforce with Enterprise applications
• Understands different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases, dependencies and milestones within a project, and the required documentation needs.
• Excellent organisational skill
• Excellent written & oral communication skills Desirable skills/Preferred
• Experience developing large scale technology solutions using nCino application
• Contribute to Salesforce component design discussion
• Exposure to Data security and regulatory controls
• Proficient in one or more of Sales, Service, Community or Financial Service Cloud
• Possesses Salesforce Certifications
