Job summary

Nexus Jobs Limited is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to administer and develop our Salesforce CRM. The role spans multiple projects and requires collaboration across the business to ensure the CRM meets evolving needs.

You will work independently and in a team, communicating clearly and delivering timely updates. Training users and exploring new Salesforce features will be key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience administering Salesforce.com.
• Salesforce ADM 201 and DEV 401 qualifications.
• Graduate level qualification preferred.
• Two A-Levels and five GCSE passes (C or above) including English and Maths.
• Proficient in business analysis techniques and CRM design.
• Knowledge of Apex and/or Java programming.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop Salesforce CRM across multiple projects.
• Ensure CRM access and reliability for all staff.
• Respond promptly to user enquiries with updates and resolutions.
• Capture requirements and estimate changes to Salesforce implementations.
• Obtain sign-off from stakeholders on specifications and delivery criteria.
• Research new Salesforce releases and technologies for CRM enhancement.
• Share knowledge by contributing to team forums and best practices.
• Deliver end-user training on CRM changes.
