Job summary

Gravitas Group is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect to drive enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations for major FMCG clients. You will shape retail execution and offline mobile strategies, defining architecture, integration roadmaps, and security models.

Applicants should bring 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2–3+ years in Architect roles, with a strong background in Retail Execution and DevOps practices. Remote/onsite client engagement offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 2–3+ years in a Salesforce Architect/Technical Architect role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, especially Retail Execution and Offline Mobile solutions.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformations.
• Strong technical skills across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, integrations and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations for major clients in the consumer goods sector.
• Architect solution design, integration strategy, security protocols and data models.
• Engage with senior business and technology leaders to translate challenges into scalable tech solutions.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, particularly Retail Execution and Offline Mobile solutions
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformations
• Strong technical skills across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, integrations, and DevOps practices
• Ability to define solution architecture, integration strategy, security protocols, and data models
• Consulting background with the capacity to translate business challenges into effective technological solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders
• Salesforce Architecture certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) are preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Industry-specific experience in FMCG or Consumer Products sectors
• Additional certifications or specialized training in Salesforce or related technologies
• Experience with offline mobile solutions and retail execution platforms

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce projects within the consumer goods or FMCG industry
