Job summary

Synapri is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant/Architect to lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud. You will run discovery sessions, shape solutions, and guide data models, designs and integrations while engaging with clients and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, strong Marketing Cloud Next/Data360 know-how and ongoing client interaction to maximize Salesforce value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce delivery experience at senior level.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next and Data360.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, integrations and data models.
• Excellent communication skills with client-facing delivery.

I'm working with a growing Salesforce consultancy looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong Marketing Cloud expertise with Marketing Cloud Next and Data360.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with client interaction, taking ownership of projects from the initial discovery stage right through to go-live, and helping customers get real value from their Salesforce investment.

What will you be doing?

You will be at the heart of customer projects, working closely with clients and delivery teams to turn business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end implementations across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Running discovery sessions and client workshops to understand business challenges, identify opportunities and shape the right solution.
• Designing scalable, end-to-end solutions, with a particular focus on Marketing Cloud Next and Data360.
• Producing clear, high-quality solution designs, data models, user stories, security designs and integration documentation.
• Providing technical guidance and support to delivery teams, helping maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing risks, dependencies, assumptions and scope to keep projects on track and deliver successful outcomes.
• Supporting testing, training, deployment and post-go-live activities to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
• Getting involved in pre‑sales where appropriate, collaborating with sales teams and Salesforce stakeholders to shape opportunities and demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.

Looking to speak with experienced Salesforce professionals who enjoy working directly with customers and have the confidence to take ownership of solution design and delivery.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 5+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, at Senior Consultant or Architect level.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally including Marketing Cloud Next and Data360.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• A solid understanding of solution architecture, integrations, data models and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead workshops, run demonstrations and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Previous customer‑facing consultancy experience - Highly desired
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Next Consultant
