My client is a leading organization within the utilities sector is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, integrating Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud with a modern billing platform. To support this, I am looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant with specialized knowledge in Order Management to assist in key integration workshops.

This is a short, focused engagement-just two technical workshops-but your contribution will play a vital role in aligning Salesforce Order Management with a new billing system. You'll be the go-to expert in the room, helping ensure the data flows, models, and integrations are clearly understood and technically sound.

What You'll Do:

• Join two targeted technical workshops with the billing system team.
• Provide expert insight into Salesforce E&U Order Management architecture.
• Explain how order data is captured, managed, and passed downstream.
• Support integration planning with clear documentation of technical dependencies.
• Help identify any gaps or mismatches between Salesforce and the billing platform.

Required:

• Solid experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, especially Order Management
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, APIs, and integration best practices
• Familiarity with utility billing systems and how they typically interface with CRM platforms.
