The role involves defining Salesforce configurations, driving innovation, and enhancing customer engagement strategies. Candidates should have proven experience with multiple implementations and strong problem-solving skills. This position is open to both permanent and contract applicants, located in London.

  • Support roadmap planning and ensure alignment with long-term digital transformation goals.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define optimal Salesforce configurations, drive innovation, and enhance customer engagement strategies. You will have the opportunity to shape CRM architecture and influence technology decisions across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce solution design sessions and advise on best practices.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (Service & Marketing Cloud) to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs to maximize CRM ROI.

Requirements:
